All party packages include custom floral centerpieces,
choice of linen napkins (over 30 colors to choose from),
and plate chargers (13 styles to choose from).
Our upstairs event space holds a maximum of 40 guests.
Our lower level space holds a maximum of 16 guests.

Chocolate Fondue Party
This fun party includes an assortment of seasonal fruits and classic dipping items such as strawberries, bananas, melons, pineapple, marshmallows, pretzels, angel food cake, Madelines, flourless wedges, shortbread, and dried fruits such as mango and apricot.
Our decadent fondue chocolate blend is made from premium imported Belgian chocolate.

Classic 3-tier displayers are first presented with

This High Tea includes unlimited strawberry lemonade,

For an impressive evening, you will collaborate with our
Le Chocolat Event Coordinator to customize your event.
Especially suited for Corporate events or customer appreciation, you will choose an array of choctails, wine or mimosa bar, hot chocolate bar, appetizers, and desserts for your gathering!

15 person guarantee required Thursday and Friday evenings for upstairs event room. 25 person guarantee required Saturday evening for upstairs event room. Up to 75 guests for entire restaurant private event or reception.

Hot Chocolate and Desserts Party
This fabulous and very unique party option will WOW your guests the moment they arrive in Le Chocolat’s French-inspired event room! Each table setting features an antique “chocolate pot” and demitasse cups and saucers from around the world and from the private collection of Le Chocolat owner, Cathy Bouchard. The collection featured in this specially decorated and French-inspired room is one of the best collections of tea cups, tea pots, and chocolate pots that you may ever see. Truly impressive! Complimenting the luxurious European sipping chocolate is a
3-tiered “tea party” displayer featuring a decadent assortment of
Le Chocolat mini pastries, tartlets, tea cakes,
and authentic French macarons- all made fresh daily
at our own Le Chocolat Bakery.
This is a great party for a women’s event, shower, book club, etc.
This party begins mid-afternoon as no food is served.

This gathering is great for
corporate events, team meetings,
customer appreciation, or book clubs.

personal showers, or ladies' night out!
These intimate gatherings include a variety of wines
paired with chocolates from around the world.
You and your guests will be led through
a delicious experience of chocolates and wines.

FEES, TERMS & CONDITIONS:
A minimum of $1,200 is required to reserve our upstairs event space.
A non-refundable Deposit of $100 is due to guarantee your booking. If reserving the entire building (bistro and upstairs event space), a non-refundable deposit of $500 will be due. Any deposit paid will be applied to your balance. A service charge of 20% will be charged which includes a minimum 10% gratuity. Applicable sales tax will be charged for all events. A 3% fee will be applied to all credit card final payments (not deposits). To pay by check, confirmation of all event details and full payment must be made two weeks prior to the party date.
Payment of the Deposit serves as your confirmation that you have read and agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
-All food, beverages, desserts and cakes must be purchased, prepared, and provided by Le Chocolat du Bouchard and its in-house bakery. Any outside food and beverage are not permitted due to Dupage County Health Department regulations. Le Chocolat can provide any favors, custom cakes, or party gifts upon request. Non-food, non-perishable favors are permitted.
-DAMAGE: The client will be responsible for any damage found. Confetti, glitter, and silly string are not permitted. For clean-up of confetti, glitter, or silly string that is used may incur an additional room clean-up fee.
-TIMING: Your party may last up to 2 1/2 hours in our upstairs event space. A $50 fee may be charged for every 30 minutes over time.
-DECOR: Any decorations, photo booths, balloon displays, or large decor must be pre-approved by the event manager, as there is limited space. Items cannot be attached to walls or doors. Floor and table easels are available at no charge, upon request.

Please be advised we do not have an elevator to access our second floor.
There is a restroom available on the second floor.
High chairs are available upon request.
